All of our items are measured accordingly. Do note that it can vary when stretched and worn.
ORDERING

Submitting an order via ORDER FORM confirms your order. Enquiring for items will not be taken as a confirmed order. Items not paid within 24hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter.

Prices stated on this site are final and non-negotiable (except for onLiqia pre-loved items). The prices stated are exclusive of postage charges.
onLiqia do not do any form of reservation.
We do not entertain, "I already transferred but why you never receive my transfer?", or "I attached the picture of the receipt. How come you never receive?". We will only mail out your item with proof of transfer.

DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY
onLiqia will not be responsible for any packages lost via normal postage.
We will refund any defected items if it is being mailed to us within one week after purchase through POSB/DBS transfer. We will only exchange with another item of the same design if it's still instock. onLiqia customers are to make sure that items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. Again, we will not be responsible for lost mails.
